Unique QR code

Prior to the event start, each participant receives a ticket or entry pass with a unique QR code in their email inbox. The ticket can be added to Apple or GPay Wallet.

Issuing event ID badges

Gridaly Check-in can be integrated with a Brother label printer. After scanning the QR code, it will automatically print a personalized label to put on the badge.

Operating Gridaly Check-in is simple and hassle-free. The entire process is fully automated and the event crew's involvement is mainly limited to scanning QR codes, applying personalized stickers to ID badges and handing them to attendees.

Do you provide training on how to use Gridaly Check-in?

Yes, we provide training for the entire event team that will be responsible for the check-in. The training takes about 10 minutes and prepares the team to operate event check-in efficiently.

How large should my team be to efficiently operate check-in?

That depends on the number of event participants. For large events, a team of several people will be necessary, while for small events 1 or 2 people are often enough.

Where can I download the Gridaly Check-in App from?

The Gridaly Check-in App is available in the AppStore and Google Play store.

Do you provide printers for printing badge stickers?

Renting special Brother printers for event ID badge labels printing is available upon request. We will include the additional cost in the quote for your project.

Does Gridaly help with projects or just provide the tool?

Our Customer Success team is actively involved in every project, and we determine the extent of involvement at the beginning of the cooperation. Not only do we solve current problems, but also support organizers in developing their events and bringing them to the next level.

Do you provide live support service during events?

Upon the organizer's request, a member of the Customer Success team is present throughout the event. Depending on the type of event, this presence is either remote or in-person.
