I <3 Marketing is a series of conferences that attract experts and enthusiasts from the marketing industry. The goal of these events is to provide participants with practical knowledge, inspiration, and opportunities to build valuable business connections. To meet these challenges, the organizers chose the Gridaly event platform – a comprehensive solution for managing events and engaging attendees.
With the Gridaly system, sprawny.marketing was able to manage all its events, attendees, and ticket sales in one place. Advanced ticketing options such as early bird tickets, ticket pools, and discount codes made it possible to flexibly tailor offers to different participant groups. All data – attendance history, purchased tickets, and invoices – was centrally stored and linked to a unique user profile. This gave organizers full control over their event cycle, saving time and eliminating organizational chaos. This is a great example of how an attendee registration system can streamline logistics across multiple conference editions.
At the heart of attendee communication was Gridaly’s multi-event app, branded as I Love Marketing. Within the app, participants had access to all Sprawny Marketing events they attended, could revisit content, network, and take part in interactive activities.

Participants earned points by completing sponsor-related tasks, such as visiting booths, scanning QR codes, solving quizzes, or following sponsors on social media. It ensured a high level of engagement, with the vast majority of participants downloading the app and actively completing tasks. This translated into increased traffic and interactions at sponsor booths, helping them build relationships and generate leads. Thanks to Gridaly’s event gamification, sponsors gained more interactions with participants, resulting in more leads and higher ROI.
