Maison Polonaise, organized by the Polish Olympic Committee during the 2024 Paris Olympics, became a place where Polish fans could come together for 17 days to support their home athletes. The event attracted thousands of attendees, creating a unique atmosphere of national support.
With the help of Gridaly’s mass ticket sales system, the Polish Olympic Committee was able to offer participants 17 different ticket purchase paths, supporting payments in PLN and EUR, as well as the use of discount vouchers and advanced VAT rate settlement options. The system enabled the sale of both individual and group tickets, where children's tickets did not need to be linked to any email address, allowing them to participate in the event without requiring individual accounts in the Gridaly system.
One of the key benefits for the organizers of Maison Polonaise was the ability to quickly edit content on the event website using the Gridaly API. As a result, when the schedule changed or new event information arose, organizers could immediately update the site, ensuring that participants always had access to the latest details.
During Maison Polonaise, the organizers used Gridaly's ticket verification system, which eliminated the need for paper attendance lists. QR code scanning technology sped up participant service and reduced queues at the event entrance.

Gridaly allowed the organizers of Maison Polonaise to maintain effective and consistent communication with participants throughout the entire event. Thanks to targeted email campaigns, attendees regularly received all the necessary event information and logistical tips, while push notifications in the app kept them informed about upcoming program points. Moreover, organizers could also send out discount coupons from one of the event’s partners through Gridaly, which further enhanced participant satisfaction.
