7,029 participants registered thanks to Gridaly’s integrated registration and ticketing system

Gridaly provided their registration and ticketing system integrated with the PayU payment system and the invoicing software used by the organizer. This allowed participants to easily register for the event and make payments, while organizers had access to detailed ticket sales statistics and order information through the Admin Panel. As a result, 7,029 participants were registered for the event.

4,119 participants checked in at 12 stations with no queues thanks to Gridaly's check-in system

Gridaly provided check-in software along with a set of Brother printers and QR code scanning equipment. After a brief training, the event staff was ready to check in participants: participants showed their unique QR codes on their smartphones, which the staff scanned. Immediately after scanning, a personalized sticker with the participant's name was printed, which the staff then placed on the event ID badge and handed to the participant. As a result, 4,119 participants were checked in at 12 stations without any bottlenecks or queues forming at any time.

Higher attendee engagement thanks to Gridaly’s mobile app

The Gridaly mobile app, equipped with features such as networking, matchmaking, gamification, a personalized agenda, an event map, and an Expo zone, became an indispensable tool for participants. The app effectively increased attendee engagement, provided them with key event information, and facilitated navigation around the venue. 1,738 participants downloaded the Gridaly app, which significantly contributed to their active participation in the event.
